Customers may request product photographs, label photographs or available documentation before shipment when these materials are available for the specific order.

Each reported issue is reviewed according to the order terms, supplied evidence and agreed product requirements. Customers should avoid installing, programming, altering or discarding disputed products before receiving further instructions.
OEM STOCK sources components through a global electronic component supply network. Source type and traceability level may differ between orders. Unless specifically confirmed in writing, a quotation should not be interpreted as a statement that the product is supplied through a manufacturer-authorized distribution channel.
